1) Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using nationole.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.2) Who we are
“Nationole,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operating at nationole.com. We create designs; many products are produced and shipped on demand by third-party partners (including Gelato) from facilities near the delivery address.3) Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your region) to purchase.
- You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity under your account.
- Keep your billing, shipping, and contact info accurate in My Account.
4) Products, Mockups & Availability
- Images on the Site (including mockups) are for illustration; actual colors/placement can vary between devices and print runs.
- We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or substitute comparable items if a specific model or color is temporarily unavailable.
5) Pricing, Taxes & Payments
- Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted and may change without notice.
- Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping are calculated at checkout based on your address.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected method.
6) Orders & Acceptance
- Your order is an offer to buy; we accept when we send an order confirmation email.
- We may decline or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable items). If we cancel after payment, we’ll refund you.
7) Production, Shipping & Delivery
- Print-on-demand items start production shortly after your order. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and in order emails.
- Orders may ship in multiple parcels. Tracking will be provided when available.

8) Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Most products are made to order and are not returnable for change-of-mind or size selection errors. If your item is damaged, misprinted, or lost in transit, we’ll help—see the Returns & Refunds Policy for timelines and how to submit photos/claims.9) User Content & Customization
- If you upload designs, text, or images, you represent you have the rights to use them and that they don’t infringe others’ rights or violate any law.
- You grant us and our production partners a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify your content solely to fulfill your order and operate the Site.
- We may refuse or cancel orders containing unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.
10) Third-Party Services
We use third-party services (e.g., payment processors, logistics providers, Gelato). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We aren’t responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.11) Promotions & Gift Cards
- Promo codes and offers are single-use, can’t be combined unless stated, and may have expirations or exclusions.
- Digital gift cards (if offered) are not reloadable, redeemable for cash, or refundable except as required by law.
12) Intellectual Property
The Site, its content, and our trademarks, logos, and designs are owned by or licensed to Nationole and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Site content without permission.13) Acceptable Use
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with Site operations.
- No use of the Site for unlawful activity or to violate others’ rights.
14) Warranties & Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, the Site and products are provided “as-is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.15) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nationole will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply.16) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nationole from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site. You’re visiting from your city, your state.
Governing Law & Venue: These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, USA,

18) Changes to the Terms
