Returns & Refunds — Nationole

We design; Gelato prints and ships your order on demand from a facility close to you for faster delivery and lower CO₂. Every item is made just for you.

TL;DR: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or goes missing, tell us within 30 days with photos and we’ll reprint or refund the affected item(s). Orders with incorrect/insufficient addresses aren’t refundable; we can reship once corrected (shipping charges apply). Made-to-order items aren’t returnable for buyer’s remorse or wrong size selection.

Quality Guarantee (Damaged / Defective / Misprint)

If there’s a print error, defect, or damage in transit, contact us within 30 days of delivery:

  • Your order number
  • Short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item, the affected area, and the outer packaging & label

After review, we’ll arrange a reprint or refund of the affected item(s). Most cases are resolved using photos—no return required.

Lost-in-Transit Orders

If tracking stalls or shows no delivery several business days past the estimated date, please reach out within 30 days. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Incorrect Address / Rejected Delivery

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or refused by the recipient, aren’t eligible for refund. We can reship after you confirm the correct address; new shipping charges will apply.

Change or Cancel an Order

Production starts quickly. We’ll try to help, but changes/cancellations may not be possible once an item is In Production. Contact us immediately with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order/customized items where you changed your mind
  • Wrong size selected (please use the size guide below)
  • User-provided content issues (e.g., low-resolution images, typos)

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the affected item(s). Your bank/payment provider may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Nothing here limits rights you may have under consumer laws in your region. Custom, made-to-order goods may be exempt from cooling-off returns under local law.

Quick FAQs

Do I need to ship the defective item back?

Usually no—photos are enough. If a physical return is needed, we’ll send instructions. Unapproved returns may be refused and are not refundable.

Can I exchange for a different size?

By default, size exchanges aren’t offered for made-to-order items. If you want to enable a one-time size swap, contact us and we’ll outline options (you’d cover return/reship shipping).

What if my package arrived damaged?

Send photos of the item, damaged area, and the packaging + label within 30 days—we’ll reprint or refund.

Measurements are garment dimensions. For best results, compare to a favorite shirt laid flat. If between sizes, consider sizing up.
